Point Guard Ministry

Point Guard – The person who finds the holes in the defense to best execute a winning strategy, the guard who directs the team's offense from the point.

Point Guard Ministry has nothing to do with basketball at Family in Christ, but it has everything to do with leadership.  The students on the point guard team are an integral part of making everybody feel welcomed, they give announcements, meet every 6 weeks to discuss strategy, and help direct the

Family in Christ student ministries.

Music Ministry

We have our own youth band called “The Astronauts” and an awesome sound and projection system right in our very own youth room. If you play an instrument, sing, or are interested in helping out with the sound equipment let us know.
 

Drama Ministry

We utilize everything from full scale drama productions to skits for various events ranging from fundraiser's to retreats.  We are working to incorporate more drama pieces into our weekly gatherings also.  If you are interested in finding out more about this fun ministry, let us know.

 Sound Mixing/Tech. Ministry

We use computers to highlight announcements, display lyrics and slideshows, and reinforce message points. We also use a sound mixing board that helps us balance the sound of the band, speakers, and skits.  If you like computers and technology, let us know if you’d like to be part of this team.
