You keep promising yourself that you’re going to get in better shape. Now it’s easier than ever and you can’t beat the price – it’s free! Grab your neighbor or friend from work. This Christian Yoga class incorporates strength-stretching & rock ‘n roll music! Benefits for the body include increased balance and flexibility, improved bone density and muscle tone, and improved cardio and circulatory health. Your mind also benefits with better focus and concentration as well as reduced stress. After class you will feel more relaxed and upbeat.
Class is one hour long. The first half hour is stretching and toning while standing and using special breathing techniques. The second half is sitting or lying down for floor exercises with some prayer meditation. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.
  • Bring a water bottle, an exercise mat, thick towel, or blanket and wear loose-fitting clothing
