This Advent season, as we celebrate the arrival of Jesus, we challenge you to mindfully carve out time to invest in relationships with others.

Operation Christmas Child Warehouse Day
What: A day to check, pack, and ship OCC boxes. We have a lot of fun working together as a team at different stations, each fulfilling a different role. These boxes will then be sent off to a certain country to provide a Christmas present for those in need.
When: December 9th, 2022. 8:00am-4:00pm.
Where: Meet at Family in Christ. We will carpool and caravan down to the warehouse.
Who: Anybody 13 years or older.
The Refuge Winter Clothing Collection
As part of Advent in Action, we will again be collecting cold weather clothing items for those experiencing homelessness who are associated with The Refuge.
We need men’s and women’s sizes for the following:
Winter Coats
Gloves
Socks
Hoodies
New Blankets
*We will NOT be collecting these at the church this year, but have scheduled TWO convenient times for you to drop these items off at The Refuge in December.
You may drop them off between 11am-1pm on Saturday, Dec 9th …
OR
…between 11:30am-1pm (right after 2nd service) on Sunday, Dec. 10th.
The Refuge is located just 5 minutes from church at 11600 Quay St in Broomfield.
Please make winter safer for those experiencing homelessness this Holiday season!

Jesus on Colfax (JOC) S’mores Together
We will be eat’n s’mores with our East Colfax friends so that we can rise out of poverty of soul and circumstance together.
If you want to carpool, meet at Family in Christ at 4:45 pm (or meet any time after 5:30pm at 10950 E Colfax Ave #5024, Aurora).
