The 15th Annual Family in Christ Craft Fair

 

On Friday, October 20 (10am to 4pm) and Saturday, October 21 (9am to 3pm), over 1000 people will come to browse, shop, and enjoy a snack and fun with family and friends at the Annual Family in Christ Craft Fair! 

There are many ways YOU can help showcase FIC as a warm and inviting place. 

Please consider helping with donations for:

Cookie Walk:  LOTS and LOTS of homemade cookies are needed – the goal is 8000+ … that’s around 670 dozen!  Proceeds benefit Operation Christmas Child, (Contact Sheila Shea).  
Little Bear Cafe:  Specific food items (canned soft drinks, buns, hot dogs, chips, nacho cheese, homemade soups, assorted pastries, etc.)  Proceeds benefit our Children’s Ministry and The Refuge.  (Contact Diane Long)

Volunteer during the event:  

Greeters:  be the first to welcome our shoppers, give them printed information available, direct them to all areas where they will find the vendors.  2 hour shift to fit your schedule.  (Contact Margie Bessler)
Helpers:  Little Bear Cafe & Cookie Walk so all runs smoothly.  
After the event: at 3 pm on Saturday, clean up crew to return the church to “normal”  for Sunday morning.  Many hands make this process happen quickly.
 

Please sign up in the Lobby on Sunday mornings for the specific requested food donations, how many dozens of cookies you will provide, and to volunteer during the event.
