Ladies’ Spring Tea ~ Table Host Information

The Family in Christ Women’s Ministry Team is encouraging YOU to use your creative gifts in hosting a table for the spring tea! 

The tea will be held on Saturday, April 25th from 1 to 3 pm

The theme this year is Miracles and Wonder. 

What would hosting a table entail?  

As a table host, you would supply (for 8): 

-plates (china, everyday dishes, paper plates) 

-water glasses  

-tea cups  

-silverware  

-napkins 

-sugar and creamer 

-table decorations or centerpieces (optional) 

Women’s ministry will provide the food and serving plates, and allergen friendly food will be available. Tables are round with eight chairs, and black tablecloths will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own tablecloth if you’d like.  

The card ministry will be providing favors for all participants.  

Set up: April 25th from 9 to 11am.

What fun it will be to see all the creativity! 

As a hostess, you are encouraged to invite guests to sit at your table, however, it is not required that you fill a table. This will be an opportunity for women to make new friends and spend time fellowshipping with old friends.
