The Antioch Project

Welcome!

We're thrilled that you found this page and are considering joining our first ever Antioch Project cohort. It's going to be an amazing year of growth, connection, development, and encouragement.

The Antioch Project is designed for those who sense God calling them to move beyond simply attending church into a life of meaningful contribution and leadership.

Project Overview

Through a cohort-based experience, participants will journey alongside others while being intentionally formed in three key areas: head, heart, and hands. The first phase focuses on renewing the mind—learning to see God, themselves, and the world through the lens of Christ. The second phase centers on the heart—cultivating a deep, authentic spiritual life and growing in the ability to care for others with wisdom and compassion. The final phase equips participants with practical leadership skills rooted in servant leadership, while guiding them through a thoughtful discernment process to identify where God is calling them to lead—whether in the church, their workplace, their home, or new ministry opportunities.

By the end of the program, participants will be equipped, confident, and commissioned to live as leaders who make a lasting Kingdom impact.

Monthly Rhythm

Each month follows a consistent cadence.

1. Group Cohort Meeting

      -1x/ mo; about 3 hrs

In depth teaching from a leader on a topic within the month’s phase. Provides the primary instructional content and an opportunity for cohort group connection

2. Personal Learning

      -1x week; about 1.5 hrs

Participants continue learning through assigned reading, videos, and homework. The intention is that learning extends beyond the classroom

3. Journaling

     -1x/ week: about 20 mins

Participants will process what God is teaching them through journaling. The journal becomes evidence of ongoing spiritual formation and content for mentoring conversations.

4. Mentoring

     -1x/week: about 1 hour

Each participant will meet with a mentor who will help listen to them and the Holy Spirit for further discernment, encouragement, and support.

5. Scripture and Prayer

       -5x/week: 15-20 mins/day

Participants are encouraged to continue their personal relationship with God by reading through the New Testament and starting their day in prayer.
