Kids Communion Class
This is a hands on class that explains the Biblical history of communion in a fun and interactive way and why it is still important in our lives today.
Kids attend all 4 Sundays in February during 9:00am service.
At the March 2nd 10:30am service we will honor those that have attended.

Explore: Baptism class
Whether you just decided to follow Jesus or have been for some time now, baptism is the next step in our faith journey that Christ calls us to take. Not sure if you are ready? Still have questions? That's okay, come to this class anyhow and we'll explore this beautiful sacrament together.
This class will be held Sunday, Jan 11th at 11:45 am-12:30 pm.
The baptism itself will be Sunday, Jan 25th during the single service at 10:30 am.

Lift Youth Group is heading to the Apex Rec Center in Arvada for our monthly Uplift community event. We will meet at the Rec Center at 2:45 pm and get picked up at the Rec Center at 5:15 pm. (Note that start time is one hour earlier than our normal schedule!)

The Women's Ministry at Family in Christ is excited to host a 2-night sleep-away retreat at the beautiful mountain setting of the Highlands Retreat Center in Allenspark, CO. Join us for a time of reflection, prayer, teaching, worship, fellowship, and fun!

Men’s Event: Archery
Men's Ministry is having a fun Men's Night Out at Empty Quiver Archery in Broomfield (7180 W 117th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020).

Join us for an archery competition and test your skills with a bow and arrow!

Middle School Retreat: As Majestic as a Lion
WHAT: A retreat focused on connecting middle schoolers together through games, conversation, food, activities, and more. We will study the book of Proverbs together and learn what wisdom there is to be found in the Word of God.
WHO: 6th - 8th Graders
WHEN: Friday, October 17th at 5:00pm - Sunday, October 19th at 12:30pm
WHERE: Drop off and pick up at FIC. We will be staying at the YMCA of the Rockies in Granby, Colorado.
COST: $145
REGISTRATION INFO: The last opportunity to register will be Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

Join us at 9:00 am Sunday mornings in The Cabin as we journey through the great creeds, councils, and confessions that have shaped the Christian church across the centuries. From the Apostles’ Creed and the Council of Nicaea to the Westminster Confession and the Heidelberg Catechism, we’ll explore how believers have wrestled with questions of truth, unity, and faithfulness in every age. This class will not only give you a deeper understanding of church history but also show how these historic statements continue to guide and inspire our faith today. Whether you are new to these ideas or looking to strengthen your foundation, you’ll find this study both accessible and enriching.
